"Adequate for what it does."

Pros
detects and deletes orphaned registry entries, invalid ActiveX and OLE registration; invalid fonts etc. Doesn't seem too aggressive in what it finds, SAFE to use, etc.
Cons
Normally I give good reviews but there is nothing outstanding about this registry cleaner. I think it is the same as the reg-cleaner in Auslogics BoostSpeed, the utility suite.

It's really fast. It scans quickly. It finds so many errors.

There are no cons.
Summary
I was really surprised by how many errors this program did find. It fixed more than 1,400 errors in my Windows 7 registry. I've used other registry cleaners in the past. Most of them would find about 600 errors at most. I still can't believe this program is free. It's amazing! Auslogics Disk Defrag is great too.

...I found little things being adversely affected because it was removing things, making life a little too difficult from a computing perspective. If you use it be careful.
Summary
I've talked with numerous people regarding this and all Reg. cleaners and most of them opt for leaving the Registry alone. I love Auslogic's Defragger and will continue to us it, but the Registry cleaner is not for me.
