From ManiacTools :AudioConverter Studio is an easy-to-use converter of music files with combined Audio CD Ripping and unique full support of id3v2 tags. Using our program you can easily convert higher quality MP3 to lower quality, preserving MP3-tags from the original file. CD Ripping include full support of CDDB database, so your music files automatically are named like 'Artist - Track.mp3', instead of boring 'track01.mp3'. Also, after ripping tracks, it automatically saves MP3-tags in output files and creates PLS or M3U playlists. Version 6.0 includes unspecified updates.

Pros: Use it to rip my audio cds and it's pretty good at that. Hate when I need to learn how to use a program. This one is good.
Cons: It does what needs to be done.
