    "This is just stupid"

    None that I can find.

    Cons

    Clicking the Download link downloads a .PHP file - not an executable file. No instructions about how to get this working.

    Summary

    It's clear the idiot Editor did not actually try this, because he failed to mention that this is a PHP file that requires another program to run it -but what program? Because there is no information on this.

    Yet again CNET has proved itself incompetent.
