"As A Customer For Almost TWO Years We Are Delighted - We Highly Recommend"

First, I'm pleased to see eagle103 reversed his original post, as I for one agree that this communications company provides outstanding friendly support not that we've needed often this though. Now back on track, we discovered the program whilst talking with a marketing guru at a New York City trade event back in August 2004. Since then, our international coaching business has grown 300% largely due to the international reach, reliability and performance of this audio video program. We have found the company very progressive, constantly adding new useful features to the ever growing list of collaboration tools. Coming this June, we're told by the company of a brand new exciting platform with even more features being released. Keep up the great work guys, we sure would enjoy the same low prices and please don't change the unlimited use. Highly recommended for presentations and keeping in regular touch with staff.

Pros
I like the price, the inclusion of live conference room with live keyboard interaction and a single person talk feature, as well as limited video; and recording feature
Cons
Often enough individual participants cannot hear the moderator, ie, the moderator's voice cuts out, sometimes for seconds sometimes for minutes; sometimes only occasiionaly during a 1-2 hour session, other times more often, to the point where recording stops, and today we had to resort to typing to finish up.
I had thought of using the system for my own workshops, but unless I find out how this problem can be fixed reliabley, I would not use or recommend it.
