    March 11, 2014  |   By Frankyyy84

    Version: Audials One 11.0

    Pros

Variety of formats to convert data in, player, recorder and search tool all in one

Cool all in one solution for Music and Video/movie lovers.

    "Downgraded?"

    August 4, 2013  |   By mauriceg14

    Version: Audials One 10.1

    Pros

    More features.

    Cons

Seems impossible to ban stations as in version 9. It is really a pitty. I re-install Audials 9 (which I really like)

    "Forget it!"

    May 31, 2013  |   By tommygu3

    Version: Audials One 10.1

    Pros

I can't think of a single thing that makes this worth spending money on.

    Cons

About a third of what I record is so digitally distorted that what is on the screen is unrecognizable. Worst s/w I've used since the early 90s. And I paid money for it.

"Computer hangs on installation; never worked"

    May 16, 2013  |   By revdave01

    Version: Audials One 10.1

    Pros

There are no "pros" for this product.

    Cons

Never would install properly, and hangs up the computer. There is NO technical support for installation. They send you to a support site that doesn't even list this product.

    Summary

It's a waste of time and money.

    "Commercial Free Quality Radio"

    April 10, 2013  |   By DNWG

    Version: Audials One 10.1

    Pros

Great selection of radio stations. All my favorite stations are commercial free. Not sure how that was achieved, but is FANTASTIC!

    Cons

Program has tendency to crash every now and then. At times the PC must be restarted to get it opened and playing. The interface is crowded, dark and cluttered. The sound is a little tinny/raspy.

    Summary

The $59 price seems way too high. However, on the other hand I am listening to great music ALL DAY LONG without ads. They need to fix bugs, lower price and create an easier to view interface that is not so crowded. Good piece of software that will only keep getting better.

    "Has been defeated."

    March 30, 2013  |   By arcanemethods

    Version: Audials One 10.1

    Pros

    Used to work.

    Cons

Windows Media Player and Rhapsody have defeated this as a means of converting their protected WMA files to MP3. Do not buy it for that purpose. It converts a few and then the rights to continue are revoked. You must delete and re-download the Rhapsody files just to play them again with WMP.

    Summary

Might be useful for some things but not for freeing your Rhapsody downloads.

    "Buyer beware..."

    October 22, 2012  |   By wine5088

    Version: Audials One 9.0.57913.1300

    Pros

    Buyer beware...

    Cons

Worked for about 10 songs, then it continued to hang no matter how many times I uninstalled and installed. Windows error response, "program not responding" shortly after playing and trying to record.
E-mail help, "useless", no phone number for Audials available and no response for a refund...

"Should work great but won't take my license key"

    July 20, 2012  |   By bnolan17

    Version: Audials One 9.0.57913.1300

    Pros

Seems to do what it says it will do.

    Cons

My paid version refused to take my license key so any DVD work stops at the 10:00 mark. Where is customer service you say? Hiding behind email. Let's see if they ever help or ever refund me.

    Summary

I am not a fan of email only support but I have seen it work...just not with these guys yet.

    "Was staring to wonder when..."

    February 8, 2012  |   By a_dams

    Version: Audials One 9.0.57913.1300

    Pros

...a new vesion's gonna come put for this program, not that it wasn't great already. Pretty excited about it actually so can't wait to try it out when I get some spare time. I see they added an .mkv converter, that's surely gonna be useful to me sometimes soon.

    Cons

    Nothing, zilch, nada.:))
