"Real cost not given on Cnet; $29.95 is only for 3 months"
Pros: Nothing after I found out the REAL cost of the program
Cons: I checked out the site and the license fee for $29.95 is only for 3 months not the entire cost of the product. A one year license fee is $79.95. Be sure to check out their website for actual fees before keeping the program. Also, if you don't like the program after your 30 day trial you get no chance at a refund.

"Best God Damn eBay Management Software On The Planet!"
Pros: Tells you the exact status with your items. Tells you what's shipped, due to be shipped, what's sold, who needs to get an invoice on how to pay, etc.. Also auto processes those who paid via PayPal & auto fills in buyers address. Income machine!
Cons: Seriously can't think of single NEG after using it for a while.
Summary: Guaranteed to double your eBay income due to it's effective workflow and email followup to buyers. read more
