"Great features, worthless support, serious functional bugs."
Pros: Software has great features like the saved searches and all in one conrol.
Cons: The support is worthless even as a registered/paid user, never respond. Software looses auction information and drops pending bids at random intervals, especially if for some reason it can not refresh an auction at that time. Searches created are lost if you do NOT exit and restart the software each time. If the software crashes, all new searches are lost.
