Pros
I can easily compare sold vs unsold for individual items, which selling manager pro does not let me do. Very good customer support. I recommend it.

Really good reporting from my ebay data and I could tailor my own reports using the filtering.
Easy to install and fairly easy to use.
Cons
I did have to contact support for Auction X2 as I needed the latest version on their site to get everything working ok.

it looks pretty, but as useful as a fridge magnet...

Only gives you the choice of US or UK sites.
No help files at all - press the help tab and get zip!
completely failed to download anything from eBay, 0 out of 60 listing even though it showed them in the preview window.
couldn't log on to selling manager.
Such a shame as it promised so much and did absolutely nothing....

I had problems @ first being in the US and I think it's automatically configured for England?
