    "Sync's when U need to"

    Usually sync's quickly & without problems

    Cons

    needs port13 open to sync w/time server; my system s/d Port13 & can't get it open

    Summary

    you can do same thing with WinXP System clock, but Atomic Clock Snyc is non-MS method; i like
