"The userinterface is great"

Summary
I said it in the pros. I used Gadwin (FREE) before, but this product is much more flexible.
The most easy thing to use is: the printscreen button on your keyboard. It copies the desktop and shows the righthand menu where you can select almost anything you want: save, delete, print a.s.o.
The bar at the top gives a wide range of different possible screenshots and a way the construct videos of your desktop as you perform various actions there. -

Summary
I've used and paid big bucks for other screen shot software, also have used a couple of free programs. None beat Snap 5. If you are looking for a screen shot program you have found the one to get here!!!!

Sometimes sound is missing for a couple seconds and the odd time lips are not in sync with the sound

I use Snap4 most of the time because I have no problems at all with it
