Version: Ashampoo Core Tuner 1.20
"One of the Lousy software I have ever seen!"
Pros: There is nothing I liked about.
Cons: After I have installed the software. It crashed my laptop in hardware level. Core tuner crashed with display driver and Audio driver of my Dell Laptop which runs on Windows Vista 32bit Ultimate. Lucky that I did a manual system restore point before.
Summary: Ashampoo should more careful before releasing a software product. I purchased this software and my money became worthless. I never expect such a lousy software from Ashampoo. I have licensed version of WinOptimizer 5 and PowerUp 3. They are good, spe... read more

"Easy to download and install"
Pros: Easy to configure and setup
Cons: Seems to be limited to 4 cores. Although you see all 8 in the interface, only allows you to adjust the affinity on 4 of 8 cores that I have ( Dual Quad Core CPU's

Pros: Basic Interface
Cons: Core Tuner only boosts the CPU a little. Not as good as System Speed Wizard, iTopsoft PC Speeduper, Optimum XP, Resource Optimizer, Wlording PC Speedup & BoostKit, which speed up the CPU a lot better!
Summary: Don't buy this program it has a weak pull on the CPU. Go with the programs that I recomended to you. The SECRET to these CPU boosting/optimizing software is that you have to use at lest 4 of them, before you see speed up performance of 100%. You need... read more
