    "Purchased product-No support, havent even been able to burn a dvd yet"

    Pros

    Nothing.. it simply doesnt work

    I havent been able to even burn a dvd.

    Ill start to burn one, and after 2 hours it will say "Error in preparing disc". it doesnt give you any information on what the error is, when you try to contact ashampoo, the web page for tech support times out.

    should have gone with nero
