Version: Ashampoo Burning Studio 9.20
"Easy to use, works with Windows 7, got good reviews"
Pros: It is very easy to use, a lot of burning options, built in cover maker for CD and DVD. Needed something that worked on Windows 7. I downloaded the trial, checked it out and prurchased it the next day!
Cons: None so far!
Summary: I was on the brink of updating to Windows 7. I had tested my most used software but I forgot that my burning software came with the computer and as I had to do a clean install becasue I was going from 32 bit Vista to 64 bit 7 I needed something that worked with Windows 7 32 bit AND 64 bit (I was updating two different computers on a home network.). I had used Ashampoo products previously and I had even read good reviews about the burning studio. I occaisonally got emails from them and lo and behold! Ashampoo Buring Studio for 70% off! I had the RC for 7 on a second hard drive, so I got the trial, used it for a while and liked it enough to purchase two licenses! (the second was even cheaper!) It has been over a week and 10 DVDs and a few more CDs burned flawlessly, painlessly and easily! Ashampoo proves you don't have to spend a fortune to buy a precious jewel! It even comes with two different themes for the interface! (and more to download which is good, as i am always changing how my computer looks)
