"Nice program"

Pros
Lots of brushes, painting styles (Oils, pastels, etc.) With so many options, it can seem overwhelming at first, but it's plenty functional without tweaking everything. Easy to get started, but plenty of flexibility if you choose.

Pros
I like:
- It accepts wacom tablet info
- Has a nice feature set and layout
- Many types of brushes and many options for brush tweaking
- Layer support (w- folders)
- 'Artweaver' is the most awesome name I've seen for a drawing/painting program
- Many filters
- and many options that are in other drawing programs, such as Photoshop
Cons
It doesn't have a very big user base... or in other words, I would like a large community of Art Weaver's to help with it's development -- though in it's defense I believe it is very new.

Good basic program. Solid userface and has some nice features.
Cons
Nothing to keep in the long run and not anything to edit photo's with.

Pros
The lastest version is 0.4
The file size is not big. (Some other program based on .net need you to install the huge runtime) Enough features. Good paint brush collection and effect. Nice interface layout (better than splitted windows that gimp has). Start fast.
Cons
more filters are expected.
more support on vector image support.
the apply button in text mode is a bad design.

Pros
This program has all the tools and everything. As opposed to TB's setup, its set up more like Linux's the Gimp. If you liked either of those programs, you will like Artweaver.
Cons
It takes a bit of getting used to. Its more complex than some programs. Also the windows kind of take up a lot of the screen, but that's a minor annoyance.

"Easy to use, plently of options and brushes."

Pros
This is a great piece of software because its free and it also allows you to edit common photo files (jpeg,bmp). Its easy to use, and there are plenty of options available. You can even make your own brushes. I highly recommend this software not only because its free, but also because it has plenty of features.

bugs. i had to delete it because it had bugs in it and wouldnt work anymore
