The old versions work okay, easy to use.

The new version arts & letters 7.0 is crappy. Not compatible with Windows XP, when I import, export or try to save the program shuts down. They advertise that the new upgrades give better file organization, not true. My files are all scrambled, not in alphabetical order. Whent he manufacture is contacted they try to put the blame on Microsoft or Windows. They tell me I need to uninstall any and all spyware and anti spam software that is installed on my computer...I have to put my computer at risk to use this software. Even after following their instructions it still won't work. It looks like they were so anxious to release this new version that it was not throughly tested for compatibility. If this problem cannot be resolved I plan to stop using this Mickey Mouse software and invest in one of the better programs. I have been an Arts & Letters user now for over seven years, the new version is JUNK!
