Version: ArtRage 1.1
"Brilliant freeware."
Pros: Snazzy, attractive, simple and clean interface. Great tool selection and further options for tools (thickness of brush, angle of pallete knife, wetness of brush). Ability to pick from different canvas types was a very nice suprise. Colour spectrum is simple to work with, can load tracing paper (like a mask layer in your standard photo editor) and good zoom tool. Light on memory usage. Option to print, save as art rate painting or export as jpg, gif or bmp. A fantastic, funky and fun program which is like taking a good step up from MS Paint for more advanced doodling!
Cons: No copy and paste option. Would be good to have some kind of compmression option for jpgs & gifs. Cannot change canvas size once you have created a new document and started work on it.
