It is easy to download, a bit slow, but recovers most deleted images.

I think it is dishonest to advertise a product as "free" and then demand $24.95 to recover the thumbnails.

"Worked great for what I wanted done"

It recovered over 750 photos from a 1 GB SD memory card. It worked like a charm and the best part is it doesn't seem to even install anything and just run as an application so no software to even install!
Cons
It is slow... but the software says it'll take awhile... so really I don't think this is the software's fault but more the process of how it works. It has taken maybe about an hour to recover over 750 photos. But I'm not complaining really! :D
