    "Does things you don't want it to do"

    Pros

    It's easy to find files you want to get rid of.
    Saves time because you dont have to check each folder yourself.

    Cons

    It does things you even though you "unselected" the option.
    Iit removed "previous files" for applications such as Office even though I unchecked that option.
    It removed programs from my Windows menus (which re-appeared only after a boot).

    Summary

    Use only the file cleanup, the other features are suspect. Even then be careful about the types of files it selects, some of the default options are quite aggressive, it may end up deleting files you need.
