"Can 'free' mean 'good'? In this case, yeah, it can!"
Version: Ares FPS 0.3
Pros
Well, it's FREE! But, it's also fun, with the same feel of an updated GoldenEye or Red Faction. If you like chasing and shooting with graphics that are better than most FPS on PS2, give it a shot.
Cons
Single-player campaign is none existent. Maps are sparse. Can't plug in a game controller, which would make a world of difference.
Summary
Rainy day with ten- to twenty-minutes to spare for some easy snipin'-and-gripin', this is definitely worth your time. downloads fast, too!

"Average"
Version: Ares FPS 0.3
Pros
-It's free
-it has decent controls
Cons
-Basic three levels
-No option to change control settings
-all three weapons(fourth was a hand) are basicly the same shotgun but with different skin and ammo.
-No online or multiplayer(For a game that's obviously trying to go against quake...that's bad)
although its decent what the developers have made...its a average game with no multiplayer.
It would be better to get a Quake demo, as those can have online multiplayer instead of just bots.
