The same thing that is offered by the original web site
Cons
No license key provided with the download. Have to apply for one if u want the free student version.. OR ELSE there's a crack that will give u the full license ;)) ARCHICAD 12 fix.. Which is not available here..

Nice software, but u need to get a license key or a crack before u use this :))
