"Great Software"
Version: ArcSoft PhotoImpression Gold 6.5.9.99
Pros
I found it easy to use, unlike the rest I tried, and all the features I want. My pictures were 800 resolution and this was the only program I found that would save the changes in 800 instead of defaulting to 300.
Cons
The auto red eye missed eyes when there were more than one person in the picture. The auto red eye also turned other small red items (dots on a shirt, a small ball, etc) black. Also the manual red eye didn't always work to get all of it either.
Summary
In the past I've mostly used Microsoft Photo Editor but have been looking for a program that can do more. This is the 5th software I tried and I love it. It has wonderful features that were easy to find and use. If you've been a Microsoft Photo Editor user, this seems the easiest software to transition too. I've found no restrictions on the free trial. It may be a little expensive at $50, but I think it's worth it. With a 15 day free unlocked trial, you can't go wrong trying it.

"EXCELLENT and easy to use!"
Version: ArcSoft PhotoImpression Gold 6.5.9.99
Pros
This program has a easy to understand interface, and is laid out very intuitively.. Many of the programs I have found myself very frustrated for hours trying o figure out how it works which really gets IRRITATING, but not this one, and not only is it easy to use but at the same time it is still feature rich. I think I will buy more of their software for video in the near future.
Cons
NONE : )
