"i think it sucks!"
Version: Aptana Studio 1.2.1
Pros
best thing about it is that it's free

it's bulky, over complicated. it makes alot of claims but there are much simpler programs that edit code without the big fancy interface. it's a big waste of time!!

"Fantastic tool for web development"
Version: Aptana Studio 1
Pros
It's easy to use, free and powerful. I primarily use it for HTML, CSS and JavaScript and couldn't be happier with it.
Cons
To be honest, the biggest thing that annoys me is the check for updates process. Whether you're getting updates for plug-ins or the main app. It seems a bit cumbersome.
Summary
It's a great tool for web developers and there is no need to spend the big bucks on Dreamweaver.
