"Once it loads it's great"
Version: Aptana Studio 3.0.0b
Pros
It is an excellent and extensible IDE that can handle myriad development needs. All Eclipse Plugins run well in it (e.g., </oxygen> ).
Cons
It's a java based IDE that takes something close to two minutes to load on my MacBook Pro i5. It crashes a couple times a day. While it runs on a 64-bit machine it is not natively 64-bit software.
Summary
I use Aptana Studio 3 about 14-16 hours a day. It is a cleaner interface than straight Eclipse IDE that it essentially skins. It needs to speed up it's game though.
