    "If you buy one don't upgrade to 3.1.3"

    Version: Apple iPhone 3.1.3

    Pros

    Lots of potential, lots of apps.

    Cons

    Prone to glitches.

    Summary

    I'm having the same issue.

    I've tried restoring my brand new 3GS to 3.1.3 7 times both in dfu mode and recovery mode (from two different computers with itune 9.1.0.79).

    Resetting Network 8 times.

    Tried going to AT&T twice and they tried changing the SIM twice.

    (NONE OF THIS WORKS)

    Its been a week now and.

    I just bought it (working), upgraded, and now it's not working.

    I can't believe nobody knows about how to solve this glitch and apple new firmware is 100% to blame.
