• Good mirroring app

  Pros

  1. It is compatible for both Android and iOS. I've tried using this app on both my Moto and iPhone 6s and it mirrors pretty well. Note: This also works for iPad and tablet. 2. Easy connection though there are some reservations for Android. I was surprised because when I connected my iPhone, it only took me a minute or less than. As for Android, when I first connected it, I've run into troubles. But the second, third, fourth tries, it's quite easy. 3. Simultaneously mirror Android and iDevice. Well, plus points to the developer of this program by incorporating this feature. 4. Built-in tools that is very useful. Like other mirroring app, ApowerMirror includes a screen recorder, screenshot taker, and 'whiteboard marker'. 5. Control Android flawlessly. In my opinion, this is the most impressive thing. While I struggled controlling my Android with other apps (because the pointer navigates to apps I don't want to open), it's very easy to send messages, play games, etc

  Cons

  Maybe it's because the app is relatively new but it's really hard to connect Android phone especially on WiFi mode. Sometimes, I repeat the connecting process for two-three times before I established a good connection. I noticed also that when you connect your phone via WiFi, it reduces the quality display. So I always use USB for better quality. My problem with using USB, however, is it does not capture sounds. So if I want to play games, the sound is coming from the phone itself and not my computer. I hope this will be fixed in the future!

  Summary

  Well, there are still room for improvements with this app but for now, I can say that it's one of the must-have mirroring apps.
