"Just a big headache"
Version: Apollo DVD Copy 4.8.36
Pros
It worked fine for the first 4 days.
Cons
The program stopped working after just 4 days. It stopped copying from disc to disc giving an error message that it was missing a file.
Summary
When contacting the company they would give the run around about different ways to fix the problem but none worked. When demanding a refund they would give excuses about how your reason for refund is not valid. It took 4 weeks to receive a refund and that was only after contacting their 3rd party finance company. At one point they actually told me to restore my operating system as something must be wrong. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing this product, there are other programs out there that are less expensive and more reliable. Try Magic DVD Copier.
