Version: AoA DVD Ripper 3.30
Pros: This is so totally easy to use. If you want to watch a DVD on any other medium, this will convert it for you. Also, it separates chapters for those who want to watch TV series DVDs.
Cons: Not for backing up full DVDs with extras and everything. When backing up a movie DVD, it will only backup the movie itself, not any of the extras.

Pros: This program sports an easy to use interface with fast and reliable ripping. Now I can easily rip my movies into mpegs with ease. Great for home users since this is quite an easy program to use.

Pros: I've used various versions of AoA DVD ripper for 2+ years now. Using my initial registration code, i've successfully upgraded to each successive version at no additional cost. Software works like a charm. The only issue is sometimes I have to manually tweak the aspect ratio settings for widescreen or pan and scan movies, which I think is true for all rippers.
What sets AoA apart from the others is customer service. I'm not sure where they're located, but i usually use this program late at night EST. The three times i've had issues and emailed questions, i've gotten a PERSONAL english response within 12 hrs. The last time I had an issue with certain disney movies with a null entry that prevented ripping. Their tech support sent a response to workaround the problem. I don't own much software older than 2 years that i still use, that provides such great tech support, all for only $35. Kudos.

"Best DVD ripper for Zune & Ipod players. Worth every $$$"
Pros: Works reliably on any DVD movie disk.
Fast response from technical support.
Good affordable price.
Easy to install and use.
DVD rip settings for the novice to the expert.
Cons: Need to adjust settings accordingly for each DVD movie disk in order to view on a Zune screen.
