Paid 4 April with bank confirmation of payment to Holland Requested an Invoice. All they do is deny payment and refuse to connect. It is possible that they are simply inefficient or they do not care or they are simply thieves. They do not put names on their responses which are frequent though unhelpful

My worst administrative experience on the internet since hooking up in 1985.

I understand your frustration with administrative problems. I also see where the CEO of the company replied directly to you with an offer of assistance. Did you take him up on the offer?
