    "Very poor customer service"

    Pros

    Works O.K. if it works at all

    Cons

    Passwords keep failing. Cannot get customer service to fix the problem.
    Paid for year of service. Keep getting message to pay again.
    Tried for 3 weeks. Never got it fixed.

    Summary

    Find another vendor.
