Version: AnyForm Application 5
"Good product and great company"
Pros: Great help for allowing data entry on medical forms, and providing templates. Easy to set up and use. Any paper form can be scanned and then used to make an entry template. Many existing standard forms already exist on the web for free download. Customer service is excellent.
Cons: Can't clear multiple form fields. Wish it would select existing text when I tab into a field.

"Very Very Blurry - Hard to read,"
