Childs play to set up - select a folder of photos or copy those you want into a folder, then you can choose either sequential or random showing, & you chose changeover frequency. Just remember to select Stretch to get fuul screen pictures.
Only one minor Con - it put an icon in my XP notification area, which I consider unnecessary, so I went into Taskbar properties to make it always hidden. It's in All Programs if I want to reconfigure it.
If you like a nice picture on your desktop instead of a plain colour background, you can get a bit bored with it after some time. With this program you get to see something fresh every so often, which makes it more interesting.Uses up resources if you're running on a battery.
