"worked 3 times but now contunually errors out"
Pros: worked like a charm for the 1st 4 times
Cons: errors out by changing burn speed to 32x, which is not supported by any reasonable dvd burning device on the market
Summary: sent e-mail to customer service, never heard back except to get an e-mal add to upgrade to another version, for $20 more.... read more

"You have to pay to have a usable product!"
Pros: It would work great if it was the paid version.
Cons: Allows you to download a free version, never disclosing that it is not a usable product until you pay. Tells you this ONLY when you hit the burn button.
Free version ONLY does 1/2 your video! Great for movies huh? Who just wants to see the first 1/2?Summary: Stinks after all that work getting it downloaded. I'm not going to pay 30 dollars to format a movie I already paid 5 dollars for. read more

"Easy to install and use. Delivers what it promises."
Pros: Simple, easy, performs as advertised.
Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like, except that I didn't get the discount from the other product that I purchased from the manufacturer.
