I looked into many different programs before I found this and was frustrated time after time. This one made it easy to say convert these files and walk away. Thank you ANY AUDIO CONVERTER!

Very nice user interface.

Doesn't preserve the file tags. After a large batch conversion, noone wants to go through and update those by hand.
