Pros: great video converter for 3GP Phone, Zune player, portable video device, MP4 player and smart phone. Support batch processing. Rip DVD movies to 3GP Phone audio formats such as MP3, AAC, M4A....
Cons: haven't found anything bugging me yet

"A very good helper for mobile phone users"
Pros: Many kinds of output video sizes, two popular output formats (3GP & MP4), make this tool suitable for almost all mobile phones. And it is able to trim long movies and joint several clips into one with transition effects, very powerful.
Cons: Not support converting Youtube FLV movies. Hope its update version can do this.
