  Pros

  I finally get some $ from providing printing in my cafe.

  Cons

  Print Manager lite edition don`t have automatic print job control. My employee must to approve any document send to printing before it is actually printed.

  Summary

  I have Cafe more than 10 years. In this period i try a variety of print management applications in order to control printers available for customers. Some of them was really cheep but complete wasting of money. They don`t control printers at all. Other provide bunch of options and was way too expensive for small business like mine.
  Finally i found Antamedia software. I was skeptic about this product. I really try everything what was available on the net and my search was finished.
  
  Antamedia Print manager provide what i need. Control for printers on the network, separate price for black & white and color. New customers printjobs are automatically paused. Other customers which already have print accounts will print their documents without any additional administration from the employee.
  Users can share account as a group or to have individual accounts. Statistics provide me usage reports for printing and sale. It also show number of printed pages during the day, sales, top customers by color, black & write printing, summary per printer, account, group and that`s not all. I can select will it be in table or chart view.
  
  If you still have doubts is this right application for you all i can tell you is TEST it.
  If you have issues with the configuration during testing contact their technical support. They are available online on Skype and Hotmail and by official e-mail.
