"Very Buggy & flaky, would be good if it worked properly"

Auto login for clients only works with one device.
Paypal payment service keeps failing
No support for setting up online payments
web interface for clients to create an account and top up does not flow properly.I could go on
Remote operator does not show how many connected clients, always reports zero
the user stats have bugs and do not show the correct usage information
Problems with IPADS and some phones connecting.Summary
I have had nothing but problems with this software, support is terrible, they kind of know about the problems so they give you the run around as there is no fix. I have 20year exp in IT and have costs.

We are using the software for a few years and v2.9 is deployed for almost one year. Works very well, our WISP service is stable and reliable.
Cons
Customer portal, but I heard it's already in development for the next version.

The remote setup was extremely helpful and very successful. i have been using Antamedia Hotspot since 2010. The support service is top notch, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

So far none, if one is found they are working on it.

Antamedia was very user friendly, easy to understand by a non technical person like myself and easy to install and use. It is also quite versatile.
I also read the comments from customers and they were all positive and the common comment was it being very user friendly and we have proved it for ourselves. We are very satisfied with your product and your support services and we appreciate you and your team for all that.Cons
