Downloaded this product and of course it asks if you would like third world parties in Bolivia to know your browsing habits. If you say no then, sorry no install. I am telling you Bonsai Buddy is jealous at the deviousness of this developer. So I accept and it installs (bargin depot, Save$, weather something, and something else where you have to go to a page to uninstall - all this first) and I try to open it. NOPE! Will not open missing components. I just loaded the XP pro OS on this machine, and though it supports XP maybe not Pro? Don't think so, but hey could be. Gotta go Bonsai Buddy is showing my how else it has corrupted my registry.

Summary
This product is great for converting between wav and mp3. The only problem i found is that short(1-5 sec) clips don't convert you only get a hign pitched sqeeling.
