"Was good product while it lasted"

Pros
Allowed you to bypass the horrible iTunes software and manage your iPod inside windows explorer. Great idea.
Cons
You had to be careful but 98 percent of the time it worked great. Sometimes it messed up your library but I never lost anything from this software

Hey people that are rating this bad for no support, exactly how much support do you expect for a $20 dollar product? I certainly would not give support on a $20 dollar product, think of how much time that would take for thousands of people writing in. Impossible.

"Worked well sometimes, unstable mostly, NO SUPPORT."

When it worked, it worked well. I liked the drag and drop feature.
Cons
Unstable, crashed a lot. Duplicated all of my songs for some reason several times, though. When my ipod broke and I got a new one, got NO SUPPORT. No phone number available and they WILL NOT answer emails.

This company should just sell their ads. Their ads have the same functionality as their products. In the future I will pay more attention to user ratings on CNet.

"CONSUMER ALERT: A complete waste of your time and money"

At this point, there is NOTHING good I can say about this software.
Cons
* Deceptive comparison -- this is NOT a replacement for iTunes!
* Unstable -- crashes frequently.
* Severely limited in utility -- can only be used with ONE device.
* Completely hosed my iPod classic, necessitating doing a complete RESTORE in iTunes.Summary
As already stated by many others here, there is NO support. I could go on and on about issues I've had with Anapod, but I've already wasted a disproportionate amount of time on it. I just wanted to let others know: unless you're a masochist, STAY AWAY!!

When it works it does what you want it to.

Stopped trying to get supprot and just accepted that I wasted my money for no reason. No worse feeling than to feel like you have been robbed.
Summary
DO NOT buy this product. The activation process ensures you will eventually need help and your product will be rendered useless. If you want to buy this, open up your window and throw your money outside. SOMEONE who is more deserving than this company will find it and spend it for you.

"Great Product - ZERO support"

Works as advertised. Very slick, quick and a pleasure to use.
Cons
No support. I bought a new iPod and I am having trouble activating Anapod to work with it. Sent many notes to support and NO RESPONSE I have never experienced such a shoddy attitude from a software company like this. Don;t waste your time with this.

This program does everything I wanted, I can transfer my mp3's to and from my Ipod and I can also transfer my audio books from audible.com.
Cons
The support for this program is non-existent. Their documentation is mediocre at best and if you email them don't hold your breath expecting a reply.
Summary
I have used this for quite a while now and only have one problem. When I initially purchased it I was able to set up my ipod to transfer audible files but now that I have a new Ipod I can't and they have not responded to my requests for help.

Have seen working program in action, and works well

Ignore the above, if you do not want to risk any technical issues, where you have ZERO chance of hearing back - i have experienced this, as have others on various forums
Summary
Much same experience as reported elsewhere, have had issues - multiple e-mails sent to service request, order site, unique customer problem report number generated; but Alas! no response from any.
Saw that somebody else had refund from purchase via Paypal dispute.
Have since done proceedings myself.
Funnily enough, which is quite a coincidence really, since I have done this, and sent my intentions to Red Chair, my registered e-mail address has been receiving Spam e-mails at a ridiculous rate of attrition.
Now I can't be certain, and certainly can't make accusations, but one would certainly hope ANY organisation would be above selling or providing one's registered particulars to Spam organisations out of spite or malice, particularly when their service and subsequently product was abhorrently woeful.
Shame on anyone who may think to do this -

Don't use paypal to buy because they will not help you with getting your money back... Always just use a CC...Summary
