"Company did not activate product after two weeks"

Pros
Free version of the program is pretty easy to use.
Cons
I purchased a copy of Anapop Explorer/CopyGear and then waited for them to "authorize" my iPod Nano. I never received a response. Software is completely unusable without this authorization step.
Summary
Red Chair Software is apparently either out of business or has turned into a money pit. They're still accepting payments for software purchases, but as evidenced by multiple forums and an "F" rating with the BBB, they're no longer responding to customer requests. I never heard back from anyone at the company for over two weeks. Thankfully, my credit card company was more than happy to reverse the charge due to the software being unusable.
Bottom line: Don't waste your money. There are free programs out there that do the same things as Anapop. -

They limit the number of Ipod that you can jack music from only 4 @ atime can be on file, if more you must take away one of your older ones to add a new one

They limit the number of ipods you can register to down load music from,only 4 at a time, wich SUCKS say if a buddy came over and you wanted some of his music, the program makes you wait a week before they authorize a newly added ipod to download from, LIke their the Ipod police!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
