"DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Absolutely HORRIBLE PRODUCT & SUPPORT"
Pros: None really. The ONLY thing this program does right is convert from MS Word to PDF (which isn't that special since you convert WORD to PDF on free websites online). All of the other features it says it can do cause the program to CRASH!
Cons: Program CRASHES every time I use it. CAN'T convert a Word file to PDF (which is why I bought the program) even though they say it can. AND WORSE IS THAT THERE'S NO SUPPORT FROM PDF SUITE WHATSOEVER. WASTE OF MONEY. Stuck w/ program that doesn't work.
Summary: I do NOT recommend anyone to buy this product because PDF SUITE doesn't work. I saw the list of features for the product, including converting PDF to MS WORD and that's why I bought it. However, once it was installed I found that it crashes every time I try to convert PDF to WORD. Then I tried editing a PDF like they said it could do, and the program crashed. I then tried to get support from PDF SUITE's website but it wouldn't let me log in, and I tried calling the support phone numbers, all which led to a answer machine, both which have led me to believe THIS PROGRAM IS A SCAM. I reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. They make you give your email address and information before you can even see the price of the product, which again is a ploy, and you create a username and password that don't work in the support area. Just a nightmare. DO NOT BUY PDF SUITE!
Updated on May 24, 2009I have a brand new PC with Windows XP and my roomate has Vista, and PDF SUITE crashed all the time on both operating systems.
