Version: American Civil War: Gettysburg 1
"Great graphics, limited options I played the game not download"
Pros: The wego system makes for interesting two player games. You can swoop down onto the battle field and watch the action. This also let you get a good fiel for terrian hight, cover, and line of sight. Watching two units mix it up hand to hand is very cool. You can replay each turn over and over from differnt points of view. The flanking system and dealing with cover and hight is extensive and give lots of good tactical options. I really enjoyed this game (for three days).
Cons: Not enough detail in orders and tactics. Calvary is always mounted, no overwatch, and troops almost never break and run. They just stand and fight to the death. There is no flexability in equipment or supply. The battles are not linked in anyway so there is limited replayability. The online multi player does not work for most people. In the two player "skirmish mode" you don't get to place your forces on the board. You also can't play historical senerrios in two player mode.
