The bubbles appear over your wallpaper. You can adjust the number, size, and speed. They don't use much of your computer's resources.
Cons
I didn't find anything.
Summary
If you aren't sure, it's an easy download and an easy uninstall if you decide you don't like it. The soap bubble effect is especially nice if you like fantasy wallpapers.

This screensaver and several of my other screensavers wouldn't run in Windows 7 unless I would use a screensaver randomizer which I would have to buy.

Pros
A lot of choices to choose from in settings. Uses 8mb of memory. The vivid multi colored bubbles has it over other free bubble screen savers.
Cons
Couldn't get it to run in 1600x1200 resolution.. Does jerk a bit (it could be because of the shape of the bubbles). The smallest bubbles have a boxy or double bubble look to them and doesn't become more round until almost too big.
Summary
Though it has from 640x480 resolution to 1280x1024 (with 1600x1200 unresponsive) I really saw no difference.. It has a 'use desktop settings' which when checked cancels manual resolution settings and seems to fit the bill. All the other settings (size, count, speed and amplitude) can be set to your specs or simply check the random boxes below it. At max there's almost too many bubbles and at max size they can get gigantic.. The background browser is also a plus. Bottom line is there are just as good free bubble screen savers out there but none quite as versatile and vivid as this one. I say, try it... Good choice.
