Worked great for 5 files.
Cons
Apparently left something on my computer so that I could not reinstall it without it remembering my 5 used files.
Upon reinstallation, it tried to install quicktime and real player alternatives and in turn, tried to uninstall real player and quicktime.

Very easy to use with a user friendly interface,does its job in fine style.The big plus is that Amadis software have a really good customer support team who sorted out a teething problem that I had in a really professional manner.

Start up is great. The window is very clean and simple to view with all applicable functions. What appears to be a drag n drop screen is only in appearance. The software company offers a small test period

After using the software, I decided to buy it. I installed the license and from there, I couldn't batch my conversions. Customer service is very poor. The website (when you pay for the license) explains that it could take up to 48 hours for them to reply with any technical support issue. Fortunately, when I sent a question, they replied within a short period. This is my third email, though. The tech support agent already made a mistake in directing me.
Customer service is NUMBER ONE when it comes to spending money. I requested their phone number and they denied giving it to me.
What appears to be a drag n drop screen is only in appearance. The software company offers a small test period. Not long enough to evaluate their software. I requested a refund. Maybe, they will keep their promise.

The user interface is easily understandable, all of the buttons and options are in the right place.
Offered several good codecs to convert to, such as XVID, H.264, MPEG4, and a few others.
Cons
I've tried converting both FLV and Realplayer files into various formats, but none of them played inside of Quicktime 7 or Windows Media Player 10. I've tried XVID, H.264, and MPEG4, but only the sound played in the videos. (I know for a fact that Quicktime 7 supports the latter two formats). I will try this software again in the next version.

those other guys may have had problems but it worked perfectly to convert .mov to mpeg, for me!!

"Does absolutely nothing"

The program apparently does nothing at all. I tried converting a number of files, and each time, no matter the size of the file I was trying to convert, I got an immediate message "Media File has been generated", but no conversion of any kind ever took place. Very puzzling!

It looked nice and could be user friendly..
Cons
When you try to add a file for conversion it gives you a message that demands you download some codec packs from another web site. Even though I had those same codecs .... When I tried to download from this site it lists a link to and it is corrupt files that don't work anyway. I removed it from my computer. It takes ALOT of effort to completely remove. DON'T BOTHER.
