"The Industry Standard"
Version: Altova XMLSpy Professional Edition 2006
Pros
XMLSpy is the de facto XML development environment for professionals, so if you are designing payware products on a team or independently, you're probably already using it. For those wanting to learn more about XML and those developing freeware solutions, you'll probably want to pass.
Cons
The price can only be justified by those making money in this development environment.

"Very $$$$$"
Version: Altova XMLSpy Professional Edition 2006
Pros
Helpfull when coding in xml
Cons
Very Expensive for not much features.
Better to just use a free program from sourceforge which has the same features.
This is not very helpful for Students studying Xml.
