    "It just works!"

    Pros

    All I can say, it's a working little program that supports both songs, movies and audio books. Once, I had to ask a support guy to switch the license code for me which was resolved fast.

    Cons

    The ultimate version was a bit costly to me :(

    Summary

    This program quickly pays for itself if you have lots of files to convert. The support people were kind attentive to me. In case, you don't need video support - buy audio-only version it's much cheaper.
