I ran an office with 5 employees.
Ever since i installed this software (i informed them that i had installed a monitoring software), the office production magically grown.
employees know that their times and actives are monitored and saved for my review at later time so the know that i am watching them even when i am not at the office.
I set the program to send me the logs records to my computer over the LAN so i view logs from my room whenever i want.Cons
I installed this monitoring software 6 months ago and till now never had any problem.
I am really happy with it.Summary
It you want to increase your employees production then this is the software for you.

Just saved my day.
I was working on my thesis and suddenly computer shutdown cause of power failure.
I almost got an heart attack.

It never let me down.
I feel much comfortable letting my kids to use their computer while I am away.
When i am at work, All In One sends me the logs to my work email every one hour like a clock!Cons
