NO IDEA WHAT I LIKE due to the fact that I cannot evaluate the working function of this software, as every attempt to view, convert, record any transferred file results in a Microsoft Error Encountered message, and shuts it down! I was unable to find any updates/bug fixes, etc.
Cons
I do not like any software that will not run - and that is the case with this one.

I was hoping to convert a VOB file to something I could e-mail to friends, but this is not the package--will not accept VOB. Might do other things well, but it does not live up to its name.

This Product is wonderful, does all that it claims. In fact I use to have several similar products from this maker, and I loved them all.
Cons
Good luck getting any kind of support. I paid 19.95 a pop for three different programs from this maker, including this one. I upgraded my PC and thus lost all files, and when I emailed support with my purchase info seeking to redownload and install, well I'm still waiting for a reply back and it's been over 8 months now, and I've sent numerous emails. So now I'm out of nearly $60.
