    "Great Software but possibly the most awkward download process ever!"

    Pros

    Great fun concept for kids and adults to improve a very necessary skill

    Cons

    The download process took multiple attempts ( and I am the download queen!!!)...the launch required a access code that was NEVER emailed despite several repeat attempts. This is an easy fix--I would reccomend asap!

    I am stuck in the same miasma. Glad to see that I'm not the problem. Softonic's patch sent me to their Spanish language homepage. I know my friend's child has had great success learning to type with this All the Right Type but I'm really close to asking for my money back.
