Firefox users who get accustomed to this wonderful extension rarely go back to the clunky default Firefox add-on window. From one clickable and customizable sidebar, you can access your history, bookmarks, downloads, plug-ins, and Web-development tools, as well as an endless amount of content via other extensions.
The latest version of this slick, comprehensive application kicks the teeth out of the Opera browser's sidebar. By making all this extra content available via the same sidebar window, it takes one click on the sidebar's menu to switch among them, minimizing the clutter multiple Firefox extensions can unfortunately create. By default, the sidebar appears as a narrow panel of icons on the left of the screen, but even that can be set to automatically collapse into a thin tab that expands when moused over. Complete, well-designed, and enormously helpful, All-In-One Sidebar ranks among the most useful extensions we've seen.

From Ingo Wennemaring :All-in-One Sidebar is a sidebar control, inspired by Opera's. It lets you quickly switch between sidebars, view dialog windows such as downloads, extensions, and more in the sidebar, or view source code or websites in the sidebar. It includes a slide-out button and a toolbar, all of which can be extensively customized. All-In-One Sidebar provides also enhancements for many built-in and extension features and some extra features.

"Puts controls a little closer-at-hand"
Pros: They say this puts download status in the sidebar, and makes history, favorites, and add-ons easy-to-find, which is all true. But I'm not convinced there is much advantage to be had, unless you really hate Firefox's download pop-up, in which case this might be worth it for that alone.
Cons: Although it only takes up a bit, it does take over some screen real estate. Nothing wrong with All-In-One Sidebar, but for me, it doesn't add anything I'm missing in Firefox as-is.

"This is one of the best extentions for Firefox"
Pros: This extension makes everything easier, you have everything at the touch of your fingers. It doesn't take up much space and you can add all sorts of icons to the bar.
Cons: There is nothing I don't like.

"Amazing plug-in....One of the best"
Pros: Puts a sidebar that can have anything put on it and it shrinks down to a little bar when not in use...I put most of my add on stuff on it...
