"Good program, but there are freewares that do the same thing."
Pros: For those of you who don't understand this program, it's used to "emulate" a data drive so that you can use files in a burned format without needing to burn them. Basically, a DVD/CD burned has cue, bin, iso, etc files that you can't just click and play like exe, wav, mp3 files etc. They're in a specific format that can only be read by disk drives. Before programs like this, you had to take these files and burn them to cd/dvds and then run them from the phsyical cd or dvd. Now, you simply "mount" these files (called image files, but don't be confused, they're not pictures), onto virtual drives and access them as if the cd/dvd was burned.
Cons: This isn't free. Other tools like Daemon are free. However, I know people who SWEAR BY ALCOHOL as their only virtual drive emulator.

I tried several of the top free cnet-rated CD emulators and none of them would work with Dora The Explorer's Animal Adventures. Thanks to Alcohol 52%, I found out the game was copy protected. I ran ClonyXXL to find out what type of copy protection was being used then applied it to Alcohol 52%. Works awesome. I'm going to purchase Alcohol 52% and run all of my kids' games right from the hard drive.
